16 in. X 12 in. Gesso painted canvas with collaged magazine paper for the background. Portraits drawn in micron pen and colored ultra-fine sharpie. I chose to draw each music artist while listening to their albums while adding their values & textures. I believe the music helped me narrow down the markmaking technique and planar analysis for each artist.
